- oil - 1 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
How to make italian spinach:
Cook spinach and drain. Heat oil in skillet. Add minced garlic. Stir in spinach. Beat egg in a small bowl and add it to the spinach, stirring constantly. When the egg appears cooked, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve at once.Recipe categories: Side dish, Spinach, Greens.
