Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- leaf spinach frozen - 2 pkg
How to make italian spinach:
Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain slightly. Add butter, cheese and egg. Stir until well-mixed and egg is cooked. Serves six.Recipe categories: Side dish, Spinach, Greens.
