- cans stewed tomatoes - 2 item
- cans tomato sauce small - 2 item
- large green peppers, sliced lengthwise - 6 item
- Italian sausage, cut in 4-inch pieces - 3 lb
How to make italian sausage and peppers:
Put sausage in covered pan for 1 hour at 350°. Drain grease off sausage. Put peppers over sausage; add stewed tomatoes and sauce. Bake for 1 hour. Serve on hard rolls.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Italian, European.
