- water - 4 Tbsp
- dried parsley - 1 Tbsp
- fresh ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- crushed bay leaves - 2 item
- coarse ground 1 time through lean pork shoulder - 2 lb
- coarse ground fennel - 1 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, crushed and yes you can put in too much garlic - 3 item
- hot dried red pepper flakes - 1/8 2
- salt to taste or diet, 1/3 sodium salt seems to do the trick - 2 tsp
How to make italian sausage:
