- stick butter - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- oregano - 1/4 c
- basil - 1/4 c
- Italian seasoning - 1/4 c
- potatoes - 1 item
- parsley - 1/4 c
- red pepper - 1 tsp
- garlic - 1/4 c
How to make italian potatoes:
Slice potatoes long way (wedge shape) as many as you need for the meal. Sprinkle garlic, oregano, basil, parsley and red pepper over top. Slice onion over top and Italian seasoning. Add sliced butter over top. Place in 500° oven, turn often and cook about 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
