- egg whites, slightly beaten - 1 item
- potatoes, cut into bite size pieces - 1 item
How to make italian potatoes:
Mix beaten egg whites with Italian seasoning until mixed. Add potatoes; stir until completely covered. Spread potatoes on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350° until done, stirring occasionally.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
