Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cans Contadina tomato paste - 2 oz
- pork chops or less - 6 item
- leaf oregano about - 3 Tbsp
How to make italian pork chops:
Brown pork chops slowly; add salt and pepper. Scrape tomato paste all out into about 2-quart bowl; add water until you have plenty to cover well as they have to bake in the oven 35 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with about 3 tablespoons leaf oregano over the top before you put in oven.You can use the sauce to top small box of spaghetti or 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni or rice, etc. I have frozen it and used it in spaghetti sauce (delicious).
