Italian pasta stir-fry
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- oregano - 1 tsp
- basil - 1 tsp
- olive oil - 1 Tbsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- fresh parsley, chopped - 1/4 c
- linguine - 8 oz
- cloves garlic, pressed - 2 item
- medium tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
- or 4 zucchini, sliced - 3 item
How to make italian pasta stir-fry:
Cook linguine as directed on package. Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add garlic, zucchini and onions. Stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes until crisp-tender. Add tomatoes, parsley and seasonings. Heat 2 more minutes; remove. Stir in cooked linguine. Top with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve with garlic bread and salad.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Main dish, One Dish meal.
