Italian pasta salad
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- red wine vinegar - 1/4 c
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- oregano - 1 tsp
- basil - 2 tsp
- olive oil
- kidney beans - 1 c
- cubed cheese - 1 c
- olives - 3/4 c
- cauliflower, sliced thin - 1 c
- small zucchini, sliced thin - 1 item
- salami, in strips - 6 oz
- small jar artichoke hearts, cut up - 1 item
How to make italian pasta salad:
Dressing:1/2 c. olive oil1/4 c. red wine vinegar2 cloves garlic, minced2 tsp. basil1 tsp. oregano1/2 tsp. pepper Cook pasta. Rinse with cold water and drain well. Make salad dressing. Toss all ingredients for salad and pour dressing over to coat. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours. To serve, toss again and garnish with sliced tomatoes.
