  • eggs - 4 item
  • parsley flakes - 2 tsp
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • oregano - 4 tsp
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • basil leaves - 1 tsp
  • cans tomato paste - 2 oz
  • large onion - 1 item
  • water as needed - 1 item
  • head garlic - 1 item
  • large cans tomatoes - 2 item
  • jar Romano cheese - 1/4 item
  • pieces bread, torn - 5 item
  • Roll into meatballs
  • mango, cut fine - 1 item
  • few pieces garlic - 1 item

How to make italian meatballs:

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl and mix well. Roll into meatballs. Fry in Crisco oil over medium heat until browned. Add to Italian sauce.Italian Spaghetti Sauce: use little grease from meatballs1 large onion1 mango, cut fine few pieces garlic2 large cans tomatoes2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste1 tsp. basil leaves4 tsp. oregano salt and pepper water (as needed) Combine onion, mango and garlic in large pan with meatball grease; drain. Pour in 2 cans of tomatoes; cook until tomatoes are done. Pour in 2 cans of tomato paste, basil leaves, oregano, salt and pepper. Put in 2 cups of water and add more as needed. Cook over low heat for 2 hours or until flavored to taste. Add meatballs to sauce, after frying them, and simmer with the sauce.
