Italian meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- large eggs - 6 item
- pepper - 1 tsp
- bread crumbs - 2 c
- ground chuck - 2 lb
- Romano cheese - 1/4 c
- medium garlic clove, chopped extra fine - 1 item
- handful celery leaves, chopped - 1 item
How to make italian meatballs:
Moisten bread crumbs with water. Put everything else, except oil, in bowl and mix loosely. Shape into golf balls and fry a few at a time in the oil, until they are pretty brown. Save drippings for Italian sauce.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, One Dish meal.
