Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • large eggs - 6 item
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • bread crumbs - 2 c
  • ground chuck - 2 lb
  • Romano cheese - 1/4 c
  • medium garlic clove, chopped extra fine - 1 item
  • handful celery leaves, chopped - 1 item

How to make italian meatballs:

Moisten bread crumbs with water. Put everything else, except oil, in bowl and mix loosely. Shape into golf balls and fry a few at a time in the oil, until they are pretty brown. Save drippings for Italian sauce.
