Ingredients/Components
- ground turkey or chicken - 1 lb
- egg whites, beaten - 2 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- bread crumbs - 1/3 c
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- dried oregano - 2 tsp
- dried basil - 2 tsp
- water - 2 3
How to make italian meatballs:
Mix all ingredients. Shape into 1 inch balls. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Arrange balls on sheet. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 8 minutes. Turn. Bake 5 to 7 minutes more. Serve with tomato sauce or chili-grape jelly sauce (50-50). Freeze leftovers.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, One Dish meal.
