- vegetable oil - 1 tsp
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
- jar prepared spaghetti sauce - 1 oz
- cooked meatballs - 1 item
- thin bell pepper strips - 3/4 c
- thin onion wedges - 3/4 c
- split hoagie rolls - 4 item
How to make italian meatball sandwiches:
In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil over medium heat until hot. Cook and stir the pepper strips and onion wedges 3 to 4 minutes or until tender. Reduce heat to medium-low; add cooked meatballs and spaghetti sauce. Cover and cook 5 to 6 minutes to heat through, stirring occasionally. Spoon equal amounts into the rolls.
