  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • instant chocolate pudding
  • Cool Whip - 8 oz
  • Ricotta cheese - 2 lb
  • marble cake mix - 1 item

How to make italian love cake:

Topping:3 oz. instant chocolate pudding1 c. milk8 oz. Cool Whip Mix cake following usual directions. Pour into a 10 1/2 x 13 1/2-inch baking pan. In separate bowl, mix Ricotta cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Pour Ricotta mixture over unbaked cake. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes. (Toothpick should come out clean.) Cool completely.

Topping: Mix pudding mix, milk and Cool Whip together and spread on cooled cake.
