Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• Cool Whip - 8 oz
• Ricotta cheese - 2 lb
• Duncan Hines marble cake mix or chocolate cake mix - 1 item
• small box instant chocolate pudding Jell-O - 1 item

How to make italian love cake:

Follow directions on cake mix box and mix. In a bowl, blend until smooth, Ricotta cheese, eggs, vanilla and sugar. Pour cake mixture into well-greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Pour cheese mixture on top of cake mix. Bake one hour at 350°.

Blend together chocolate pudding and milk. This mixture gets thick. Fold in 8 ounces Cool Whip. Spread on top of cake after cake is very cold.
