Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- chopped nuts - 1 item
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- Ricotta cheese - 2 lb
- chocolate instant pudding
- Duncan Hines marble cake mix - 1 item
How to make italian love cake:
Icing:1 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding1 c. milk8 oz. Cool Whip chopped nuts Mix cake as directed. Put in a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch cake pan. Mix Ricotta cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Beat in one at a time. Pour over cake mix and level as well as possible. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.When cake is cool, mix together pudding and milk until thickened. Add Cool Whip. Spread on cake. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate 4 hours or more.
