  • Philadelphia cream cheese - 1 (8
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • finely ground pecans - 1 c
  • Add egg yolks and then add other ingredients alternately

How to make italian creme cake:

Cream butter, sugar and shortening. Add egg yolks and then add other ingredients alternately. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Makes 3 layers. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.Icing:1 stick oleo1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese1 box powdered sugar1 Tbsp. milk1 c. coconut1 tsp. vanilla1 c. finely ground pecans Mix all ingredients and spread on cake.
