- chopped pecans - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- egg yolks - 5 item
- soda - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- egg whites - 5 item
- Crisco - 1/2 c
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- Angel Flake coconut - 1 c
- Add egg yolks, 1 at a time, flour, buttermilk, soda and coconut
How to make italian cream cake:
Cream well the sugar, oleo and Crisco. Add egg yolks, 1 at a time, flour, buttermilk, soda and coconut. Fold in 5 beaten egg whites. Pour in 3 (9-inch) greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Icing:1 large pkg. cream cheese1 sRecipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Cakes.
