Italian cioppino
Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can tomatoes, cut up - 1 oz
- chopped onions - 1 c
- bay leaf - 1 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- oregano - 1 tsp
- dried parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- dried basil - 1 tsp
- marjoram - 1 tsp
- fish fillets - 1 lb
- dried thyme - 1 tsp
- chopped garlic - 2 tsp
- white wine or chicken broth - 1/2 c
How to make italian cioppino:
Mix all ingredients listed, except fish, in a saucepan. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.Meanwhile, cut fish into 1/2-inch chunks. Add fish and cook 10 minutes or until done.
