Italian chicken pasta
Ingredients/Components
- chopped fresh parsley - 1 c
- oregano - 1 tsp
- basil - 1 tsp
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- minced garlic - 2 Tbsp
- thyme - 1 tsp
- grated Romano cheese - 1/2 c
- Roma tomatoes, diced - 6 item
- pignoli nuts optional - 1 item
- boneless chicken breasts, cut up small - 4 item
- fresh linguine noodles - 1 pkg
How to make italian chicken pasta:
Mix olive oil, oregano, basil and thyme and set aside. Saute chicken in 1 tablespoon olive oil and garlic. When cooked, add tomatoes and parsley. Saute 5 more minutes.
