Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- can chicken broth - 1/2 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 2 c
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- chicken breasts - 8 item
- Italian bread crumbs - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 2 c
How to make italian chicken:
Debone chicken breasts and cut in small pieces. Dip in beaten eggs, then roll in Italian bread crumbs. Let stand for 15 minutes. Brown in oil. Put in a large casserole dish. Cover with mushrooms, Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese. Before baking, pour the 1/2 can of chicken broth over. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
