  • boneless chicken breasts - 8 item
  • jar spaghetti sauce - 1 item
  • Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 4 Tbsp
  • Italian seasoning - 2 Tbsp
  • paprika - 1 Tbsp
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • Wesson oil - 2 Tbsp

How to make italian chicken:

Mix together Bisquick, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper. Coat chicken breasts with mixture and place on Corning Ware dish with 2 tablespoons of oil. Cover dish and bake on 400° for 45 minutes. Spoon spaghetti sauce over chicken breasts and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts. Serve over rice or noodles.
