Ingredients/Components
- boneless chicken breasts - 8 item
- jar spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
- Bisquick - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese - 4 Tbsp
- Italian seasoning - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 Tbsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- Wesson oil - 2 Tbsp
How to make italian chicken:
Mix together Bisquick, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper. Coat chicken breasts with mixture and place on Corning Ware dish with 2 tablespoons of oil. Cover dish and bake on 400° for 45 minutes. Spoon spaghetti sauce over chicken breasts and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts.
