Italian chicken
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- water - 2 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- Italian bread crumbs - 1 item
How to make italian chicken:
Deskin and debone chicken breasts and cut into pieces. Mix eggs with water and spices. Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture and then into bread crumbs to coat. Fry chicken pieces until golden (do not over fry).Place chicken into shallow roasting pan and pour tomato sauce over all. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake, covered, in a 350° oven for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes.
