Ingredients/Components
- chicken breast or whole chicken - 1 item
- bottle Zesty Italian salad dressing - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- vinegar - 4 Tbsp
- chopped garlic clove - 1 item
- crushed oregano leaves - 1 item
How to make italian chicken:
Wash chicken thoroughly. Season chicken with Lawry's seasoning salt, oregano and pepper to taste. Place chicken in large bowl; add Italian dressing, vinegar and garlic. Allow chicken to marinate 2 to 3 hours or overnight. Lay chicken flat out in a casserole dish. Preheat oven to 350° to 400°. Let chicken bake for 45 minutes to an hour or until golden brown.
