Italian beef stir-fry
Ingredients/Components
- small zucchini, thinly sliced - 2 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 Tbsp
- olive oil - 1 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
- cherry tomatoes, halved - 1 c
- Italian dressing - 1/4 c
- spaghetti, cooked - 1 item
- round steak, cut thin - 1 lb
How to make italian beef stir-fry:
Cook and stir garlic in oil in wok for 1 minute. Add sliced beef (1/2 at a time). Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove. Add zucchini; stir-fry until tender. Return beef to wok with tomatoes and dressing. Heat through. Serve over cooked spaghetti. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, One Dish meal.
