- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 2 c
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- oregano - 1 tsp
- parsley - 1 tsp
- bay leaves - 2 item
- sweet basil - 1 tsp
- rump roast - 3 lb
How to make italian beef:
Combine meat with remaining ingredients. Bake in covered pan at 350° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Stick fork in meat to check when tender. Remove meat when done and cool. Slice thin. Put meat back in juice and warm to serve.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Beef.
