- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- oregano - 1 tsp
- marjoram - 1 tsp
- thyme - 1 tsp
- beef roast - 3 5
- to 3 beef bouillon cubes - 2 item
- Tabasco sauce to taste - 1 item
How to make italian beef:
Roast meat, uncovered, about 2 1/2 hours. Cool and slice. Add water to pan drippings; stir in other ingredients. Add beef and let sit in refrigerator overnight. Reheat to serve. Remove beef from marinade before serving.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Beef.
