  • garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • marjoram - 1 tsp
  • thyme - 1 tsp
  • beef roast - 3 5
  • to 3 beef bouillon cubes - 2 item
  • Tabasco sauce to taste - 1 item

How to make italian beef:

Roast meat, uncovered, about 2 1/2 hours. Cool and slice. Add water to pan drippings; stir in other ingredients. Add beef and let sit in refrigerator overnight. Reheat to serve. Remove beef from marinade before serving.
