Italian bean salad
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- cider vinegar - 1/4 c
- 6 oz
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- sliced celery - 1 c
- small red onion, thinly sliced - 1 item
- can pitted ripe olives, drained - 1 oz
- can chickpeas or red kidney beans, drained - 1 oz
How to make italian bean salad:
In medium bowl, stir together dressing mix and vinegar. Add beans, chickpeas, olives, celery and onion; toss to coat well. Cover; chill at least 4 hours or overnight. Just before serving, toss salad with mayonnaise. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Salads, Beans, European.
