Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- Italian salad dressing - 1/2 c
- whole chicken breasts, split - 2 item
How to make italian baked chicken:
Combine first 5 ingredients in medium saucepan; cook over medium heat until butter melts. Place chicken in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered at 325° for 1 hour or until tender.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
