Italian baked chicken
Ingredients/Components
- cooking oil - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 item
- Progresso Italian style bread crumbs - 1 item
- large boneless skinless chicken breast pieces - 6 item
How to make italian baked chicken:
Wash chicken pieces under cold water after trimming any fat off. Dry between paper towels. Lightly coat with cooking oil and place in container or plastic bag with bread crumbs, a piece at a time. Shake to coat with bread crumbs. Place coated chicken pieces on cookie sheet lined with foil. Sprinkle with a little paprika. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until cooked. Serve with Stove Top chicken flavored stuffing or Kraft macaroni and cheese and vegetables.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
