  • chicken breasts - 4 item
  • crushed pineapple
  • cooking spray - 1 item
  • Catalina dressing - 1/2 c

How to make island chicken:

Flour and season skinless, boneless chicken breasts. Brown in skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Remove to casserole. Combine pineapple, dressing and onion. Pour over chicken. Cover casserole and bake 45 minutes at 350°. Remove cover and bak
