- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- olive oil - 5 Tbsp
- carrots, peeled and sliced - 2 item
- garlic cloves, minced - 3 item
- large onion, sliced - 1 item
- can beef broth - 1 1/2
- bacon slices - 6 item
- ground mace - 1/2 tsp
- boneless leg of lamb, cubed - 2 lb
- can cut up peeled tomatoes, undrained - 1 oz
How to make irish lamb stew:
