Irish coffee



  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
  • coffee - 1/2 c
  • liquid nondairy creamer - 1/2 c
  • whiskey * - 1 oz
  • nondairy whipped cream i - 3 Tbsp

How to make irish coffee:

Pour the first 5 ingredients into a blender and blend. Pour into a small saucepan and heat on medium just before boiling. Pour into a mug and top with the whipped cream.

*Note: Check with physician before consuming any alcohol.

Nutrient Content: 430 calories, 0.6 gm protein, 43 mg sodium, 117 mg potassium and 46 mg phosphorus.
