Irish coffee
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- instant coffee powder - 1 Tbsp
- Whipped cream - 1 item
- Irish whiskey - 3 Tbsp
How to make irish coffee:
Pour whiskey into 8 ounce microproof mug or cup. Add coffee and sugar. Add water to fill 3/4 full; blend well. Place in microwave and cook on high, (100%), for 2 minutes. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Top with dollop of whipped cream. Do not stir. Coffee should be sipped through the layer of cream. Enjoy.Recipe categories: Drinks, European, Irish.
