- graham cracker crumbs - 3 c
- packed brown sugar
- milk - 2 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- ground beef
- ground ham
- cans tomato soup, undiluted - 2 item
How to make iowa ham balls:
In large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Using a 1/3-cup measure, shape mixture into 2-inch balls. Place in large, shallow roasting pans.Combine all remaining ingredients; pour over ham balls. Bake at 325° for 1 hour, basting frequently with sauce. Makes 15 servings.
