  • milk - 1 c
  • baked 9-inch pie shell, cooled - 1 item
  • pumpkin pie filling - 16 oz
  • ground cinnamon* - 1/2 tsp
  • ground ginger* - 1/2 tsp
  • envelope Dream Whip topping mix - 1 item
  • ground nutmeg* - 1/2 tsp
  • Jell-O vanilla instant pudding and pie - 1 pkg

How to make instant pumpkin pie:

*Or use 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.

Prepare whipped topping mix as directed on package. Combine 1 cup of the whipped topping with the pumpkin filling, vanilla pudding and milk and spices. Mix slowly with rotary beater just until blended (about 1 minute). Pour into pie shell. Chill until set, at least 2 hours. Garnish with remaining whipped topping.
