Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- baked 9-inch pie shell, cooled - 1 item
- pumpkin pie filling - 16 oz
- ground cinnamon* - 1/2 tsp
- ground ginger* - 1/2 tsp
- envelope Dream Whip topping mix - 1 item
- ground nutmeg* - 1/2 tsp
- Jell-O vanilla instant pudding and pie - 1 pkg
How to make instant pumpkin pie:
*Or use 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.Prepare whipped topping mix as directed on package. Combine 1 cup of the whipped topping with the pumpkin filling, vanilla pudding and milk and spices. Mix slowly with rotary beater just until blended (about 1 minute). Pour into pie shell. Chill until set, at least 2 hours. Garnish with remaining whipped topping.
