  • sugar
  • cocoa - 1 c
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • instant nonfat dry milk
  • nondairy creamer

How to make instant hot cocoa mix:

Combine all ingredients until blended well. Keep this dry mixture in a tightly covered jar. To make the cocoa, place 1/2 cup of the mix in a cup and fill with hot water. Stir until mix dissolves. Will make 12 cups cocoa.

For cocoa with marshmallows, air dry 1 bag of mini marshmallows and stir in with dry mix.
