Inside out ravioli
Ingredients/Components
- ground round
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms - 1 1/2
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- shredded sharp cheese - 2 3
- soft bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- well beaten eggs - 2 item
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
How to make inside out ravioli:
In large skillet, brown ground round, onion and garlic. Cook spinach according to package directions; reserve drained spinach liquid and add water to make 1 cup. Add cheese, bread crumbs, eggs, oil and reserved liquid to spinach. Set aside. Add tomato sauces and pepper to meat mix; simmer 10 minutes. Add spinach mix to meat sauce and stir in noodles. Spread in 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes."Terry brings this when friends have a baby or need a meal!"
