  • pkg - 6 oz
  • lean ground beef - 1 to
  • Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 lb
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • small can tomato paste - 1 item
  • eggs, beaten well - 2 item
  • grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
  • frozen chopped spinach - 2 pkg
  • jar Prego spaghetti sauce or 2 1/2 c - 1 lb

How to make inside out ravioli:

Cook noodles and spinach according to package. Drain noodles and place in large bowl. Add spinach, drained, eggs and cheese. Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Brown meat with onion. Add salt and pepper. Add sauce and paste. Add water if needed for right consistency. Simmer 20 minutes. Spread sauce over noodle mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove and let set about 5 minutes before cutting into portions. Serves 8 to 10.
