Infallible rice

Ingredients/Components

• butter - 2 Tbsp
• parsley - 1 item
• medium minced onion - 1 item
• chicken broth or bouillon - 2 c
• raw large grain rice - 1 c

How to make infallible rice:

Saute onion until transparent. Add rice and hot broth. Bring to a boil on top of range. Cover and place in 325° oven for 20 minutes. Serve and listen to compliments. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
