Indian chicken
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- ground red pepper - 1/2 tsp
- plain yogurt - 1/2 c
- ground cumin - 1/2 tsp
- each - 4 chicken
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- ground coriander - 1 tsp
- garlic cloves, chopped - 2 item
How to make indian chicken:
In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients, except chicken, until smooth. Pound cutlets 1/4-inch thick between 2 sheets of wax paper. Place chicken and marinade in large Ziploc bag and marinate in refrigerator overnight, turning once. Preheat broiler. Place chicken on broiler pan, brush with marinade. Broil 4-inches from heat 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Time to make, Main dish.
