  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onions - 1/2 c
  • chopped green peppers - 1/2 c
  • shredded cheese - 1 c
  • chopped broccoli/cauliflower, steamed - 3 c

How to make impossible vegetable pie:

Place all vegetables in pie plate. Beat milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour over vegetable mixture. Bake at 400° for 35 to 40 minutes.
