Impossible taco pie
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk
- Bisquick - 3/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 c
- tomatoes, sliced - 2 item
- can chopped green chilies, drained - 1 oz
- envelope taco seasoning - 1 item
How to make impossible taco pie:
Heat oven to 400°. Grease pie plate 10 x 1 1/2-inches. Cook and stir beef and onion until brown. Drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix. Spread in pie plate. Beat milk, Bisquick mix and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds in a blender or on high for 1 minute in a mixer. Pour into pie plate. Bake for 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake 8 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream, topped with grated cheese.
