Impossible quiche



  • eggs - 4 item
  • milk - 2 c
  • Bisquick - 1/2 c
  • chopped onion - 1/3 c
  • salt and pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
  • slices bacon, crisp and crumbled - 12 item

How to make impossible quiche:

Heat oven to 350°. Grease a 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion evenly over bottom of pan. Place remaining ingredients in blender on high for 1 minute. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. Wait 5 minutes to eat.
