Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 2 c
- stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
- self-rising flour - 1/2 c
- can shredded coconut - 1/4 item
How to make impossible pie:
Beat eggs thoroughly. Add melted butter, sugar, flour and milk. Beat again until well blended. Stir in coconut. Pour into two ungreased 8-inch pie pans. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool and cut. Makes 16 servings.Note: Do not use a pie crust. This pie makes its own top and bottom. The mixture is rather thin when poured into pan but after baking it cuts clean.
