Impossible pie

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 2 c
• coconut - 1 c
• plus 1 Tbsp - 3/4 c
• Bisquick - 1/2 c
• stick oleo or butter - 1/2 item

How to make impossible pie:

Have eggs, butter or oleo and Bisquick at room temperature and beat together well. Add vanilla, sugar, milk and coconut. Bake in greased pie pan for 50 to 60 minutes. Pie makes its own crust as it bakes.
