Impossible lasagna pie
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- basil leaves - 1/2 tsp
- Bisquick baking mix - 2/3 c
- creamed cottage cheese - 1/2 c
- ground beef, cooked and drained - 1 lb
- shredded Mozzarella - 1 c
- oregano leaves - 1 tsp
How to make impossible lasagna pie:
Heat oven to 400°. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2-inch. Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheeses in plate. Mix beef, herbs, paste and 1/2 cup Mozzarella; spoon on top.Beat milk, baking mix, eggs, salt and pepper in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate.
Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella. Makes 6 servings.
