- sugar
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- shredded coconut - 7 8
- stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
- self-rising flour - 1/2 c
How to make impossible coconut pie:
Grease and flour 2 (9-inch) pie pans. Beat eggs well and add sugar, flour and milk. Add vanilla and melted butter. Stir in coconut. Divide mixture to full two pie pans. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Makes its own crust.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
