  • milk
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Bisquick - 3/4 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onions
  • tomatoes - 2 item
  • shredded cheese - 1 c
  • hamburg - 1 lb

How to make impossible cheeseburger pie:

Heat oven to 400°. Grease a 10-inch pie plate. Brown beef and onions; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in plate. Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick in blender for 15 seconds on high. Pour over hamburg. Sprinkle with cheese; top with tomatoes. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until knife comes out clean. Serves 6 to 8.
