  • milk
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded cheese - 1 c
  • Bisquick baking mix - 3/4 c

How to make impossible cheeseburger pie:

Heat oven to 400°. Grease pie plate. Cook beef and onion until beef is brown; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth; pour over pie plate. Bake for about 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
